Coronavirus update
Following the guidance on social distancing designed to delay the coronavirus, we will be stopping all our face -to-face classes until the restrictions are lifted.  Please check here for the latest information on our classes.

We delighted to announce that we are now running online yoga classes as follows:

– Mondays 9:30 – 10:30 am
– Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm
– Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm
– Fridays 9:30 – 10:30 am
– Saturdays 5:30 – 6:30 pm

We are Yoga2 because there are two of us and we generally share the teaching in our classes, supporting each person to work at his or her own level. 

We teach Hatha yoga, building up postures carefully and safely, before incorporating them into short breath-led sequences, which help develop strength, flexibility and well-being in mind, body and spirit. 

Suitable for everyone from beginners to more experienced practitioners.
